Up one levelThe City of Arkadelphia operates under the City Manager form of government. The residents of the City elect a seven member City Board of Directors who appoint the City Manager. Five members of the board are elected by ward. Two of the members are elected at large, one of which is the Mayor position. The Arkadelphia City Board of Directors formally meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month.
