IBCA BBQ Cook-off -

July 10th - 11th

$2,800 in payouts

$100 entry fee

$10 per Jackpot Bean entry

- Jackpot Beans ($10 per entry - 80% payback to winner)

Competing teams may begin setting up their cooksite any time on Friday, July 10th in Feaster Park.  Meet inspection will begin that afternoon/evening, when your site is ready to go.  There will be a cooks meeting on Saturday morning at 7 a.m. at the judging pavillion...and breakfast will be provided. 

Judging Times:

10 a.m. - Jackpot Beans

11 a.m. - Chicken

12 noon - Pork Spare Ribs

1 p.m. - Brisket

2 p.m. - Pork Loin (Clark County residents only)

Awards presentation will begin around 3 p.m. once all scores are calculated.
