All children under the age of nine (9) must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over or a parent of the child under 18. Exception, group birthday parties must be supervised by one adult per five (5) children. No one will be admitted without an adult. All three (3) and under children must be kept within reach of the accompanying adult. If not the adult and child will be asked to leave after two verbal warnings by Aquatic Park staff.

Anyone under 18 can be asked to take a swim test by a Lifeguard prior to going into the deep water (5' and over).

No running, pushing, or horseplay on the concrete deck area.

No diving from the side of the pool. Diving only allowed from the deep area of the pool.

No food, drinks, or coolers will be allowed to be brought in the Aquatic Park. No food or drinks allowed in the pool water area or close to the edge of the pool deck. Food is only allowed in shaded seating areas, concession area, and grassy areas.

All patrons must shower before entering into the pool from the grassy areas or when entering the Aquatic Park.

All swimmers must wear a conventional type swimsuit. No cutoffs, underwear, or regular baby diapers. Swim diapers are required for all children who are not potty trained. Swim diapers are available for purchase at the concession stand.

No profanity, obscene jesters, cursing, or yelling will be tolerated. Result in immediate suspension from the pool area.

Floatation devices will not be allowed to be brought into the Aquatic Park. Only those rented at the concession stand will be allowed.

No alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, tobacco products, or drugs of any kind will be tolerated inside the facility. Smokers may leave to smoke outside the gate in a designated smoking area 50' away from the facility. They will be allowed to reenter with a hand stamp.

No animals or pets are allowed in the facility.

Lifeguards on duty are not to be distracted by friends or conversations.

The City of Arkadelphia is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Items left in the bathhouse will be collected at the end of the day.

No spitting or nose blowing is permitted in the pool. Any bleeding or open wounded person will not be permitted in the pool.

No refunds allowed. Rain checks for pool closing before 3:00 p.m. will be issued to daily cash patrons.

All patrons must use a pass or pay to enter. Patrons who wish to just watch or sun bathe must still have a pass or pay the daily fee.

Persons diving, using slides, or swimming in the deep area must be able to swim one width of the pool on Lifeguards request.

Only one person on diving board or slide at a time. Children must meet minimum height standard of 48" to use a slide. Lifeguards will regulate when the next person can go down a slide.

Divers must leave the board feet first.

No swimming around the plunge end of slides or diving area.

No boom boxes or other musical systems will be allowed.

No artificial swimming aids are allowed on or near the diving boards or slides. No parents are allowed to catch their children.
