Duties:
The Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk is supervised by the City Treasurer and is responsible for processing and monitoring all payments and expenditures and preparing and monitoring the payroll system.  Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner to ensure that municipal finances are accurate and up to date, and staff are paid in a timely and appropriate manner.  The Accounts Clerk also has some human resource responsibilities in regards to City personnel.
